Your satisfaction is our priority. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, please email us with your order number. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are happy with their order. Returns Returns may be issued within 7 business days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return. Refunds If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. Special and wholesale orders These provisions do not apply to special orders and wholesale transactions. Special orders and wholesale transactions are subject to the terms of the individual contract.

Absolutely! We create favors for wedding parties, baby showers, birthdays, holiday gifts, and more. Additionally, we have a selection of size options available when it comes to customization. Send us a detailed message regarding the style you're looking for, the type of event, number of products, and date needed by. We will get back to you shortly with a customized quote and answers to any questions you may have.

Shiping times vary from 5-7 business days depending on location. If you are in need of your item sooner, please send me a message via our contact page and we can work something out.

Currently our products are only available through our personal website. Stay posted by following our social media accounts and be the first to know when we'll be at the farmers market and on Etsy. We will also be at a variety of Tucson gift shops and boutiques where you can check out and smell our products in person. Shops will be listed soon, stay tuned!
